keep seeing comments saying, “What are you going to do when the suppression stops on 15 mg?”

The answer is simple: I don’t know.

I’ve only just started the highest dose. I don’t know that the suppression will stop. Other people have told me 15 mg has been the dose that worked best for them, so why would I assume my experience will be any different?

I’ve still got just over 4 stone to lose. If 15 mg continues to work for me, that could take me all the way to my target.

And when I get there, I’m not automatically assuming I’m coming off. I’ll discuss maintenance with my healthcare team and work out what’s right for me.

As for the people telling me I’ll “put it all back on” — you don’t know that either.

I’ve lost 8 STONE already.

I’m going to focus on what I’m achieving, not on hypothetical problems that haven’t happened yet. ❤️

I’ll deal with tomorrow when tomorrow comes.
