Adria brings over a decade of experience across social justice, education and the criminal justice sector. Her work has focused on preventing hate crime and supporting those affected by discrimination. She has worked closely with communities and organisations to challenge prejudice and strengthen understanding.

Her background includes leadership roles in victim support, youth services and community initiatives. She has consistently promoted acceptance and placed the voices of people with lived experience and marginalised communities at the centre of her work.

Adria’s work reflects a clear commitment to challenging prejudice linked to identity and difference. She understands the impact of hate crime and the vital role of education in preventing it. She also recognises the importance of self-expression, visibility and the right to feel safe without judgement or fear. 

We look ahead to this next chapter with focus and purpose, continuing our work to stand against hate and promote acceptance and understanding.
