We are a soft hearted lot at ATV.... and as part of that our commitment to our community is that we will never leave an elderly or vulnerable person without TV access.

We have been known to work late or start early to make sure that someone who is poorly or alone has their TV working. Jayne, in our office, always has an understanding ear and thrives on making sure our customers are looked after well.

As a friendly, family run business, we understand that watching a TV programme can be therapeutic, relieves boredom and loneliness or is the only way to have contact with the outside world for some, so we prioritise where we can and keep that lifeline available.

Did you know that even castle's need WiFi? We've solved a whole host of problems at Warkworth Castle including:

🫅The knights complaining they can’t stream Game of Thrones.

👸The princess was tired of buffering during her Zoom yoga.

👨‍🍳The royal chef's TikToks kept failing to upload.

And the dragon? He loves his group chat with other dragons but really hated losing signal mid-roar. 🐉📱

Moral of the story: even stone walls shouldn’t block the need for a strong connection. Get ATV in to sort your WiFi requirements!

Goodness me, it's getting extremely blustery outside isn't it? Storm Floris is definitely threatening to blow a real hooley tonight. If she takes your aerial, dish or caps/cowels to Kansas with her, do make sure to give us a call. As soon as she chills her boots, we can be with you to help! This will be a game changer for many of us, especially small businesses!

We were thrilled to see an application has been submitted to open a permanent Community Banking Hub right in the heart of town!

The modern, accessible space will make everyday banking easier for businesses and the community alike.

Local businesses won’t have to travel miles out of town to bank and will have easier access to change for their tills.

Residents will be able to enjoy convenient, face-to-face banking.

All being well, if the application is approved, the Community Banking Hub will be situated on Park View in what was Natwest.

Flash floods!

The downside to warm weather is episodes like we just experienced this afternoon! Did everyone witness it? We are just glad we weren't on a roof when the heavens opened.

But guess what? This weather is no good for aerials and cabling at all. Those flash downpours get into places they shouldn't, and can affect your reception, WiFi or dish too.
