Just wanted to say I'm changing the name of this page to be aligned to my YouTube channel which is now "Mood, Mind and Meditation Magic" .. the idea is to reflect more of what I wanted to do with well-being

Good morning 🙂

Had the most wonderful day yesterday helping my friend Amanda Elliott Freeth of Spiritual Flamingo deliver a sound healing session at the wonderful Cullercoats Watch House.

It made me realise how privileged I am to be able to observe these fabulous women go through part of their healing journey and help hold space for them, and to witness Amanda working her magic.

It was a reminder that I too am a healer and I've sort of left that behind as life has just taken over.

I was reminded today that I really love being in that healing space and I've got so many gifts to bring to help others, so I'm now planning on moving forward with Reiki (hoping to do L2) and to relaunch as a practitioner in some capacity (albeit part time atm due to other commitments)

Just want to sat a massive thank you to Amanda for allowing me to help and to all those wonderful ladies for helping me make this decision ❤️ 😊

Who pays for subscriptions with their debit card? 💳

Please make sure you all know what you are subscribed to .. you might get a nasty surprise if you don't keep a track.

Today I saw an email from McAffee .. the anti virus software people .. and they said "thank you for choosing McAffee" etc etc .. and went on about the benefits! Well, let me tell you I thought I'd been scammed! I didn't think I had anything from McAffee!

I checked my bank account and McAffee has take £109 from my account today!! £109!!! Thats huge!

I never agreed to that, I never agreed for them to take anything!

Back in 2020 I got a new laptop with a free or very cheap trial of the software (I dont remember, I have been made aware of that today .. and for the record I've had such a challenging few years so I've not been that vigilant) .. and they have continued to take payments for 3 more years and I didn't know .. 😕

Its taken me hours to get this sorted .. my bank were quite useless. McAffee, to be fair to them, were quite helpful.. and they've cancelled the subscription and agreed a refund of the £109 (which is yet to hit my account)

As budgeting has become a passion of mine, I just want to make sure you all stay very alert to your financial transactions.. make sure you know what leaves your accounts and why... its not just scammers who will rob us blind! It's legit companies who think it's OK to just increase a payment and keep charging you more without asking you if you want to renew!!
