Last Sunday’s message in church was about how Abram guarded his offerings to God.

Our Pastor said, “We must learn how to protect everything that we know belongs to God.” He also said, that the enemy will not attack what is worthy, but it will attack what is consecrated for the Lord.

I am reminded to guard my commitment to the Lord. Many times I have given promises to God that if He will give me this, I will do this; if He grants my prayer, I will offer my time to this - then when my prayers are answered, I forgot my promises too. The offerings I have given the Lord, I was not able to guard.

May this be a reminder to guard our offerings with prayer, purity and intentionality. Don’t let laziness, distraction and bitterness rob it off its worth before God.

Finally, this space feels complete!

I always feel awkward taking a picture of the tv wall even when Cassie’s dancing or twirling while watching. I knew something’s missing, but it’s not until few weeks back when hubby suggested we put a standalone electric fireplace below the TV.

Our good friends gave us their bigger TV so we got even more excited to spruce up this space. It’s just that we were not prepared to spend over £200 for the fireplace so we patiently waited until one came up on the marketplace for £15.

And we completed the vision yesterday. Praise God!

Storms are not sent to destroy, they simply reveal the strength of your foundation, what you’ve built your life on.

We don’t build on the rock to avoid storms. we build on the rock so we can withstand them.

May the Lord, our unshakeable Rock, give you strength for today, courage for tomorrow and peace that surpasses all understanding.

Right now, I bring my prayers to God with my own ideas of what the answers might look like.

I imagine the outcome. I picture the details. I quietly hope.

But even as I pray, I remind my heart of this truth:
God is not limited by my imagination.

When He answers, He can do far greater than what I can ask or picture, according to His power at work within me.

Trusting Him in the waiting because I know, my God is able.🤍

Seasons change, waves rise, and the current can feel unpredictable, but beneath it all, there is a steady flow that never shifts.

God’s Word remains constant when everything else feels in motion.

This season reminds me to anchor my heart not in what I see, but in who God is. He is faithful, present, and unchanging yesterday, today and forevermore.

Even in uncertain waters, His promises hold.

“When you pass through the waters,
I will be with you.” - Isaiah 43:2

The people who know our story can attest to this.
You know who you are and we will forever be grateful that you were part of our journey.

I never doubted God’s plans for my life and I am so thankful He gave me you, Dad.

God had us start this life together so early, allowing us to grow up learning life together, building dreams and walking hand in hand for almost 23 years now.

I am beyond blessed, forever trusting the God who writes our story so beautifully and faithfully. 🤍
