If you're a business owner and you run all your social media accounts but are going on HOLIDAY!! 🏝️ Here’s our top 5️⃣ tips on how to Plan, organise, inform and create to get ahead for a NO stress break!! 👏🏼

📝 Plan ahead and create a content calendar for your social media posts - You can do this through Excel 📈On the run up to Glastonbury I've been blocking out time everyday ontop of my usual scheulde to preplan for the week ill be away.

📅 Use scheduling tools like LATER OR METRICOOL to pre-schedule your content. However, if you can't use a scheduling platform another way around it to reduce time on your phone while you're away is to create all your content in advance and put it into drafts so you can pop onto your socials for 2 mins to upload the content.

👯 Collaborate with OTHERS IN YOUR INDUSTRY FOR DAILY take overs of your accounts.

⏰ Use automation tools like chatbots, OR SET UP INSTAGRAM AUTO RESPONSE TO SEND AUTO MESSAGES.

💬Inform your audience and clients way in advance about your HOLIDAY plans and when you'll be available

And IF YOU FEEL LIKE IT, utilise Stories and Live videos to provide real time content on days you may have some downtime.

SAVE TIME CREATING & DO THIS👇🏼

👏🏼 Get organised 👏🏼 and create a content calendar!! Its the easiest and most simple way of saving time and effort when content creating.

You want to start off by creating a skeleton for the month - KEEP IT SIMPLE❗️

To do this, you need to firstly:
1. Pick which content pillars you will follow e.g. Promotional, Entertaining, Educational etc.
2. Choose which content types you will use e.g. Reels, Carousels, Static images.
3. Choose which days you want to post on and block out any other days.
Then you can use this information to start filling in your content calendar for example:
Monday - Promotional Carousel
Tuesday - Entertaining Reel
Wednesday - no post
Thursday - Educational static image etc.

Once you've done this for the whole month you can then start getting creative with your content ideas!✨

TIP⚡️Use AI to help you with ideas for content or google to find what people are asking questions about in your industry!

We like to start off with each content pillars. For example, we’ll think of content ideas for all the Promotional posts, then Entertaining posts and so on. 🤭

We come up with the headings/hooks and captions and write them into the content calendar 🗓️

💥REMEMBER💥Repurpose content!! People need information atleast 10x for them to remember it, so posting about it just once isn’t enough!
