⛳🏌🏾‍♀️🏆It's been quite a few days for ladies golf.

AIG OPEN
After an exciting finish to the AIG Open with Shiho Kuwaki winning after a two hole shoot out - but before that we saw one the best 72nd hole pressure putts of all time by Esther Henseleit to force the play-off.

2026 SOLHEIM CUP
That putt also put Esther into the Team Europe Solheim Cup team. We then had the announcement that Mimi Rhodes, Leona Maguire, Julia Lopez Ramirez of Spain and France's Nastasia Nadaud will be Suzann Pettersen's Captain's picks.

WORLD #1 & MONEY LIST
Then yesterday world #1 Nelly Korda was awarded the Rolex ANNIKA Major Award after earning 140 points through the five major championships of the 2026 LPGA Tour season.

She is the second player to earn the award twice, following Minjee Lee who secured the title in 2025 and 2022.

Korda has also topped the 2026 Ladies Money List with combined winnings of $4.9m which would also put her in 23rd place on the Men's tour between Aaron Rai and Justin Rose - not quite there with earnings parity (Scottie tops the mens rankings with $16.9m) but the gap is certainly closing!

WHAT'S NEXT..?
All eyes now turn to the Solheim Cup in the Netherlands starting 7 September to see if Suzann Pettersen can lead a winning team to grab the trophy back!

⛳ Looking forward to the Women's Open over the next few days at an former Greencard favourite venue Royal Lytham & St Annes.

Could be a real shoot out between the best players in the World on a great links golf course.

Nelly Korda and Haeran Ryu are favourites but amongst the challengers are some top UK & Ireland players.

That list includes Charley Hull teeing off at 1.25 chasing to get that first major over the line - fingers crossed for her. Lottie Woad must also be in with a shout of coming close.

Georgia Hall was the last winner at Lytham and has made an amazing return to major golf just five months after having her baby boy.

Add in the Solheim Cup ranking points and it's a big weekend - and the good news for our friends in the North West - there are still weekend tickets available for under £100 and juniors go free!

Jake Knapp was not someone who we were that familiar with.

So when Max called him out as having one of the smoothest swings he'd seen we had to look him up.

S Tier: Adam Scott, Tiger Woods, Tommy Fleetwood, Jake Knapp
A Tier: Ludwig Aberg, Freddie Couples, Justin Thomas, Rory McIlroy
B Tier Scottie Scheffler
C Tier: Chris Cotterup
D Tier: John Daly
F Tier: Jim Furyk, Max Homa(!)

Freddie Couples & Adam Scott have always been our favourite swings although we often look more like Jim Furyk out on the course!

Tommy Fleetwood as S tier and Scottie fans will be shocked at his B rating thanks to the shoe shuffle!

Thank you to everyone who has given us such a positive response to our 2027 schedule launch.

We've had enquiries for all events - quick update...

South Africa, Thailand, Quinta Do Lago, Lake Bled (2027) & Mauritius (2026) are all generating a lot of interest and places are becoming limited.

We may have waitlists opening for at least three events in the coming days.

Turkey and Mallorca (2027) Greece & Sicily (2026) we've had significant interest, but there are still places available although very limited for the 2026 events.
