Way back when the boots of men
Ignored the words of the omen
Who is the best at the party?
The mindless daily casualty
Take a break from the risk
Enjoy an easy full mask
The round is on the house
Pay for the great carouse
The pub with no beer
Is now already here
A rest from the hard road
What more are you told?
Cannot fight with partners
Must live with their dolours
Hop across the channel
As the scarlet pimpernel
Well under the deep sea
The boots fill with tea........
Do not suffer with the tragic
You are lost in music
Safe and out of service
Chasing around with mice
Which party dogma
Squashes the future idea
As a beetle under his boot
While he reaches for fruit
You twist the stories
As super clean fairies
Removal of the fancy hat
When you never wash that
The coming of the weather
Kept out by polished leather
Warm and dry socks
Under the punk girl's frocks
The greater smashing hits
