What a lovely show last night 😍
Jess from KJ Theatre Arts was such a great guest! 🤩

We talked about how she and her business partner started the business with a "let's get till Christmas" plan.
That was 2011 and more than 10 years later it's become a thriving dance and performance art school in Yateley.

We also talk about why dance and performing is such a life skill and starting as young as 2.5 years old can really be beneficial.

And of course we talk about Jess' love for musical theatre and how she's back treading the boards herself too!

At KJ Theatre they run dance and theatre classes for students as young as 2.5 years old.

I'm looking forward to talking to Jess about how KJ Theatre got started, why they feel dance and performance is so important and no doubt her own love of all things theatre will be talked about too!

We talked about how she accidentally started her copywriting business after attending a networking event.
A business that now houses 8 copywriters!

Ed from MaxAd Recruitment and I talk about why he decided to buy MaxAd in 2020 after having worked there for a few years.
We talk about how they work differently with fixed fee recruiting and of course we talk about the changes in the employment market and he gives some great tips for both business owners looking to recruit and for candidates too!
