I look forward to see what you have in store for us over the next 360 days. 😁

This year, we're kicking off slightly differently than normal.🫣
For the whole month of January, I will have two guest on per show (all previous guests), talking about an area that's really relevant for business owners right now.

We've all stepped into this year, wanting "something" different (whether it is more of something, less of something else)
And staying on top of the latest and newest, can be quite overwhelming.
So as we start this year, let's get clarity around those areas.

Tomorrow night, we're kicking things off with the theme "PEOPLE".
From hiring the right people, to retaining them, managing them well or letting some go.
There are some big changes this year for employers to be aware off, so I am bringing in two of the best to talk us through this! 💪

We talked about how at the Exceptional Leader Academy they help owners and leaders become better leaders, because most who are promoted or become"accidental leaders" were never trained in leadership.

Dene talked about the 8 pilar programme he designed and now uses with all his clients.

James is also well known in the local area through what was his first business, which sadly went into liquidation earlier this year after 11 years. 😔
