As our harvest season 🫐🍓 gets up to speed, we are happy to welcome our seasonal workers arriving across all our sites. This year, we'll have approximately 1,500 people working with us at the peak of the season-a fantastic mix of returning faces and new team members.
At the heart of our harvest are people. That's why we provide:

We are proud to announce that we have successfully completed the verification process and have achieved B Corp certification, with a score of 96.1.🎉 This prestigious recognition highlights our company’s commitment to balancing profit, people, and the planet, and affirms our dedication to ethical business practices. While Hall Hunter has long aligned with the core values of B Corp, the certification process required an in-depth evaluation of the company’s operations across governance, workers, community, environment, and customers. To meet these rigorous standards, we underwent a thorough impact assessment, demonstrating how our practices align with the global B Corp benchmarks. Last December, our L&D Manager Ana had the pleasure of visiting to learn about the incredible work they do with bees and the community 🐝
Even thought the bees are enjoying their well-deserved winter rest, it was inspiring to see the team’s dedication and preparation for the upcoming season. A huge thank you to the for connecting us with such an amazing initiative!
The highlight of the day? Meeting Madeleine the cat! 🐈‍⬛ whose friendly presence made the visit even more enjoyable.
