In 1966, Hall Hunter’s journey started right here at Heathlands Farm. Set in 200 acres of Berkshire countryside. It’s home to our founders and our largest Packhouse, admin hub,and seasonal team. 💚
Our founding farm is more than just fields - it is a vibrant community full of amenities for our team to enjoy!

As our harvest season 🫐🍓 gets up to speed, we are happy to welcome our seasonal workers arriving across all our sites. This year, we'll have approximately 1,500 people working with us at the peak of the season-a fantastic mix of returning faces and new team members.
At the heart of our harvest are people. That's why we provide:

✅ A helpful welcome pack to get you started
✅ Crop-specific training to ensure safety and success

While Hall Hunter has long aligned with the core values of B Corp, the certification process required an in-depth evaluation of the company’s operations across governance, workers, community, environment, and customers.
