'Love Wrexham' is a free A5 colour monthly publication aiming to encourage business and support and promote the community across the county of Wrexham. We produce positive and original articles that involve local folk, businesses, charities and areas of interest. We distribute 5,000 copies each month throughout the borough of Wrexham plus Llangollen. The magazine is displayed on counters, stands a

nd tables in places with a high customer footfall. We estimated a single copy can be read by anything up to five people at a time so that's a huge number of people seeing your advert and then visiting and spending money in your establishment or with your company. We also deliver the magazine to hundreds of local businesses.

Wrexham Council, in partnership with Rob Mac's company More Better, is inviting local people to share their ideas for exciting new play and community spaces on Henblas Street, Chester Street, and the former Hippodrome site - all supporting Wrexham's bid for UK City of Culture 2029.

Drop-in consultation sessions are running throughout June at Tŷ Pawb. Come along, share your vision, and help make Wrexham's city centre more vibrant and family-friendly for everyone.

🩸 Wrexham's Most Prolific Blood Donor - an Incredible Story!
Meet Sandra Allen - Wrexham resident, adventurer, and now North Wales' most prolific blood donor. Over more than 60 years, Sandra has made 143 whole blood donations and has no plans to stop. Her next target? 150.

Sandra received a Special Recognition Award from the Welsh Blood Service earlier this year, presented by director John Prosser in a beautiful Welsh slate frame.

Her story is extraordinary - she started donating at 18 in the 1960s, gave blood the day before her wedding in 1974, and has donated right across the UK throughout her life. At the awards ceremony, she urged others to follow her lead:
"No one can manufacture blood... only us humans."
