Best wishes for the New Year to all our followers, customers and visitors!

It's been an extremely busy 2025, including a number of significant appearance of our NSR-500 replicas, in the media and on track with their respective owners. It also marked a big step in progress for our YZR-500 replicas. We especially want to thank many of our customers for their kind patience as we know we can be slow sometimes in delivering as promised. It is not because lack of effort!

2026 will be no less busy, and our bikes will again feature in the VIP village of the MotoGP round at Silverstone. This year our NSR-500 will be joined by our first YZR-500 OWL9 replica. No pressure then!

Plans are also afoot on the engine development front, which we expect to announce more details during the second half of 2026.

So, enough of this posting lark, and back to the workshop!

While we're busy working on GP500 replicas, especially our new YZR-500 replica, we've also been busy working on some background projects that we'll need for the YZR. Here is a sample of such products:
- a replica YZR-500 tachometer, which is unobtainable now
- a 2 channel electric water pump controller combined with a oil injection control system for those that don't want to run premix fuel
- and then there is our micro data logger that we originally developed to map the airbox pressure waves on our NSR-500 replica

As you can see by the renderings, these are not quite finished but the electronics are already fully working, including the AMOLED displays. More details to follow...

More troublefree miles racked up on track. This time Angelsey and Mallory Park.

August first was the annual Classic Bike Trackday at Donington. And, as last year two of our NSR-500s were out having a play. This time painted in resplendent replica race colours! And, as last year, engine reliability was 100%! There even was a miniature version, too!

Two of our NSR-500 replicas will again be at the Classic Bike Trackday and parading during the CRMC race weekend. Last year, one of them was ridden by reigning BSB champion Kyle Ryde. Both bikes featured bare carbon fibre livery. This year, both bikes have been painted in full replica colours! And, don't they look spot on!

Always nice to see one of our customer's NSR-500 2moto replica bikes fully painted up. Previously used on track and on the road in bare carbon "testing livery". This year you'll be able to admire this fantastic colour scheme at various events.

Sometimes a few things come together at once. This time, it's a batch of rearsets for the YZR-500 OWL9 replicas. Ready for hard anodising in black, as was the factory finish.

Another piece of the design puzzle completed for our YZR-500 OWL9 replicas. No kickstart and water pump will be relocated to reduce engine width to fit the RD-500 engine into the factory race bodywork.
This design borrows heavily from our proven RG-500 dry clutch conversion kit. Time to get machining!
