He has been drawing and recording for a while now & has recorded 11 solo albums in his time. Ryan likes to draw comic's & does a lot of character design, when he does draw. As a song writer he is "Still competing with the major pop/rock song writers of the 1960's." The Spooky Moon was formed in Duluth GA in 1998 by Ryan B. His first album was self released in '98 under the title Omar Mathaton & ha

s continued writing and recording albums ever since. Currently all his albums are on the label titled Binro Recordings. Ryan has been a member of several other groups & those include... Bern & Jamelle Bolar, Pink Cobra, The Clouds, Natural Bridges, The Orchid Pool, Bellhouse, The Back Pockets, Ryan and Jeff, & The Flumpkins. The Spooky Moon is a singer songwriter from Duluth Georgia. Most of his songs are inspired from late 60's Psychedelic Folk and Pop music. He has written recorded and produced 10 full length albums along with just as many singles since the year 2005. The Spooky Moon is currently working on his 11th album titled, Halloween Tape 2. It will be released in October 2016. When it comes to performing live, The Spooky Moon performs as a one man band, performing his songs acoustically on Guitar, Ukulele & Accordion with the addition of bass drum.
