Ricardo Sanchez Daggett (pictured) was arrested Friday in Augusta nearly three years after the fatal shooting of Ahmed Jabari Hill Sr.
The suspect's mother, Angel Burley, and former pre-K teacher Stephanie Overton were also charged in connection with the case. Some say Daggett was protecting his mother.
