Vertical Pear Blue Cheese Salad!🍐🍐

Ingredients:
• 2 pears
• 4 cups mixed salad greens (such as lettuce, spinach, arugula)
• 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
• 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
• 1/4 cup dried cranberries
• 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 tbsp honey
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Wash and dry the pears. Cut each pear into thin vertical slices, removing the core and seeds.
2. In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, crumbled blue cheese, chopped walnuts, and dried cranberries.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
4. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients in the bowl and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
5. Arrange the pear slices vertically on a serving plate or individual salad plates, leaning them against each other.
6. Spoon the dressed salad mixture onto the center of the pear slices, creating a vertical presentation.
7. Garnish with additional blue cheese crumbles, walnuts, and dried cranberries if desired.
8. Serve the Vertical Pear Blue Cheese Salad immediately as a delicious and elegant appetizer or side dish.

Let's talk about yoga! It's not just about those fancy poses you see on Instagram; it's a whole practice that's good for both your body and mind. And guess what? Anyone can do it! The only limits are the ones you set for yourself. Who wouldn't want to feel more balanced, strong, and at peace? Yoga is also a great way to build strength without lifting weights. Yep, you heard that right! It can help you get lean, toned, and strong.

So, how about giving the Warrior II Pose a try? It's a pose that strengthens your legs, opens up your hips and chest, and helps you focus. When you're in this pose, all your attention is on focused on staying balanced, which can really clear your mind. Plus, it'll get your blood flowing and give you a burst of energy!

Here are some tips on how to do the Warrior II: You don't have to keep your front knee at a strict 90-degree angle. You can straighten it a bit if that feels better. And if you're having trouble with balance, just keep your hands on your hips instead of reaching them out. But remember, if you've got a recent or chronic injury in your hips, knees, or shoulders, it's best to skip this pose for now. And if you need to, you can always do a modified version by keeping your hands on your hips.

So, get ready roll out your mats, towel or whatever you want and find some zen! 🧘‍♀️✨
