The shooting happened in the 1800 block of Crystal Lake Circle just before 10:00a.m. He was taken to the hospital by ambulance for treatment. MACON, Georgia (KBTV) - Bibb deputies are investigating a death of a man who was found in a front yard early Sunday morning. According to reports, the man was found in the 1800 block of Sussex Dr just before 8:00a.m. suffering from a gunshot wound. Deputy Coroner Lonnie Miley pronounces him dead on the scene. Preliminary investigation reveals the man does not live at the home but was found by the homeowner....

MACON, Georgia (KBTV) - A woman was found dead in an apartment Thursday morning in Macon. The body was discovered in the 1300 block of Sanford Avenue. As Bibb deputies were responding to a missing person report, they found 42 year old Teasha Ariele Colbert dead in an apartment. Coroner Leon Jones pronounced Colbert dead on scene. Investigators are asking anyone with information in reference to this incident to contact the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office at 478-751-7500 or Macon Regional Crime Stoppers at 1-877-68CRIME.
