Tbilisi, October 27, 2025 – The Urban Tbilisi 2025 Forum convened at the Hilton Garden Inn on Chavchavadze Avenue, bringing together key stakeholders from the development and construction sector, the Tbilisi Mayor’s Office, and media representatives to discuss the future of urban development in Georgia’s capital.
The forum featured a series of insightful presentations and panel discussions aimed at fostering collaboration between public authorities, private developers, and media organizations to shape sustainable, modern urban spaces in Tbilisi.
Among the key speakers were Nino Baghashvili, Head of Transport and Urban Development at the Tbilisi Mayor’s Office, who outlined the city’s current and future urban planning initiatives; Tamar Gaprindashvili from Anagi Collab; Tamar Lomidze of Tintakol; and Vakhtang Chqareuli, Head of Apart Group. Each shared perspectives on integrating innovative design, smart infrastructure, and public engagement in city planning.
The event served as a platform for open dialogue on strategic urban projects, including transport modernization, residential development, and public space revitalization. Participants emphasized the importance of cross-sector cooperation to ensure Tbilisi evolves into a modern, livable city for residents and visitors alike.
