📢 Important update regarding the August edition

Unfortunately, we are experiencing significant and unexpected delays with the postal distribution of this month’s edition of The Brittany Times.

We understand how frustrating this is, particularly for readers who have been waiting for their copy. We are urgently contacting our distribution partners to establish what has happened and when all remaining copies will be delivered.

To ensure that nobody misses out—and that our advertisers receive the visibility they were promised—we have exceptionally made the full August edition available to read online free of charge:

Readers expecting a printed copy will still receive it. The free digital edition is an additional measure while we work to resolve the delays.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and will share another update as soon as we receive further information.

Thank you for your patience and continued support.

📢 A quick distribution update

This month’s edition of The Brittany Times may reach some of our stockists a little later than usual.

For the first time, copies are being delivered to our stockists by La Poste. This new system will help us expand our distribution network across Brittany, but the initial setup is taking a little longer than expected.

Thank you for your patience while everything is put in place. We will keep you updated as soon as copies begin arriving at each location.

UPDATE – MAY EDITION
A quick update on the May edition of The Brittany Times.
Due to a delay with our new printers (and a very busy period with multiple bank holidays in France), the magazine will be arriving slightly later than usual this month.
We’re currently expecting delivery around mid-May.
We’ve addressed the issue with the printers and are working to ensure everything runs smoothly for future editions.
Thank you for your patience — and as always, we’ll keep you updated.

Living in Brittany? Your UK vote still counts
Many British people living abroad don’t realise they can now vote in UK elections — even if they left the UK decades ago.
But while the right has expanded, actually voting from abroad isn’t always straightforward. Delays, postal issues, and lack of awareness still stop many people from taking part.
We’ve put together a short article looking at the “Make My Vote Count” campaign and what it means for Brits living overseas.
👉 Find out how it works, why it matters, and what’s changing.
