O’Neill’s Photographic Agency (OPA) was founded by former Guernsey Press Image Editor John O’Neill and is already undertaking work for key Channel Island companies who have known and dealt with him for many years during his time at the newspaper. John Studied at the University of Wales Newport and obtained a BA (hons) Degree in 1999, learning about the technical aspects of photography from its traditional darkroom beginnings and studied though the emergence of computer based imagery. On graduation he took a job offer at the Guernsey Press and was promoted to Image Editor in 2005.
