Abia State IPOB under the leadership DOS Biafra heros and heroine day 30 May 2026

*Appreciation Message: Candlelight Remembrance in Aba, Abia State – 30th May 2026*

To the people of Aba and Abia State,

On the night of 29th May and throughout 30th May 2026, you came together in churches, homes, and community spaces to light candles and remember. You remembered the thousands of civilians, men, women, and children who lost their lives between 1967 to 2026 during the Biafra war. You remembered families torn apart, futures cut short, and the pain that still echoes in our communities more than 50 years later.

Thank you for choosing remembrance over anger.
Thank you for choosing prayer over violence.
Thank you for choosing reflection over division.

Aba has always been a city of hard work, resilience, and enterprise. On this day, you showed another strength: the strength to pause, to grieve with dignity, and to teach the next generation why peace matters. The candles you lit were not just flames in the dark. They were a message: _“Never again.”_

To the parents who explained history to their children.
To the clergy who led prayers for the dead and for the living.
To the youth who kept gatherings peaceful and respectful.
To the traders and workers who made personal choices about the day:
Your discipline honored the memory of those who cannot speak for themselves.

The greatest tribute we can give to those who died is to protect the living. That means building a community where markets can thrive, children can go to school safely, and disagreements are settled through dialogue and law, not conflict.

May the memory of the fallen inspire us to be builders of peace. May Aba, Abia State, and Biafra grow stronger because we choose to remember with wisdom.

_“Those who forget history are condemned to repeat it. Those who remember it with peace, are called to build a better future.”_

Rest in peace to all victims of 1967-1970.
Strength and unity to all who keep their memory alive through peace.

Sincerely,
A fellow Biafras who believes in the leadership of DOS candle night remembrance day

Take a honest look at all those who rose against Directorate of State (DOS) where are they today? Vanished into thin air!

DOS and IPOB are inseparable, they are one and the same! If you want to destroy DOS, you must first destroy IPOB. There is no other way. You cannot separate the two.

When you say 'God bless IPOB,' you are directly saying 'God bless DOS.' When you declare that IPOB has come to stay, you are also declaring that DOS has come to stay. For DOS to fall, IPOB must first be destroyed!

The bigger question now is do you have what it take to destroy IPOB?

Look at the bitter failure of Nelly Ofoegbu, Simon Ekpa, and the entire Nigerian government, their total inability to destroy DOS is exactly why IPOB remains stronger than ever today. The foundation is too solid, and the members are not hungry or greedy fellows.

We fully understand the dirty game the Nigerian government is playing by detaining Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Let them hear this clearly: We have built a tall, unbreakable wall of rock around DOS. We strongly advise the Nigerian government to free Mazi Nnamdi Kanu immediately and let him go. If they think they can manipulate him to destroy DOS, they are wasting their time, it will NEVER work, not even in one million years!

When Benjamin Madubugwu tried to force his way into DOS, IPOB already had solid intelligence that he was coming with a clear government agenda of destruction. Are you surprised by his sudden anti-DOS activities after he was rejected and bounced back by DOS? IPOB operates with a very strong and sophisticated intelligence network. Our leadership may not talk much, but they see everything, including how certain individuals are being funded. Some people are busy fighting against DOS without even realizing they are being psychologically controlled and used by the Nigerian government

So to some individual on social media ranting, before you open your mouth and deceive yourself that you have the power to crush DOS, pause and ask yourself this hard question: Can you destroy IPOB?

Until you answer this truthfully and convincingly, you are only wasting your precious time. Very soon, you will fade away and be forgotten like all those who came before you with the same foolish mission!"
