Ghanaian content creator ZionFelix has addressed speculation regarding his health following a social media post concerning HIV that raised questions among some of his followers.
The well-known media personality recently shared a post stating, “HIV is real,” which seemingly led some social media users to interpret the message in a manner beyond his original intent.
Consequently, several followers began inquiring whether ZionFelix was indicating that he had contracted HIV, resulting in speculation regarding his health and the motivation behind the post.
In response to these inquiries, ZionFelix clarified that he is not HIV positive and emphasized that his message was not intended as a personal health disclosure.
