Good morning Mr John
please help me to clarify this, I need to know if there is a law in Ghana that has to do with leaving some certain feet of land before installation of a fence.

I am constructing a fence at my site and my neighbour said it can not be higher than her window level because it hinders fresh air to her apartment.

So my friend has a case with her boyfriend she found out the guy has a girlfriend and still came to propose to her and now the guy is demanding his phone he bought for her by taking the case to the police station for the phone to be taken from her.

Will the phone be taken from her
Or what can she do Because she feels the guy has deceived her.
Moreover the phone too was not stolen

Good day Boss, I want you to help me with this,
My phone got lost and after I went to replace the sim two weeks later, I got a message reminding me of my loan repayment deadline. Someone use my sim to collect loan amount of 1000 cedis after it got lost.
The deadline is due and I’m receiving numerous messages asking me to repay the loan.
How do I pay something I never collected??
I’m just confused

Hello Good evening,please I’m Anita.
I wanted to buy a land, so i told my husband about it
He advice me not to buy the land that i should add the m0ney to his own land so we can build together completely.
Then i insisted that he add my name to the Documentation of the land.
So he agreed and called his Lawyer to attach my name to the documents.
But the problem now is, He came back home with the new Documents and there was an error in my name on the new Document
Sir, My name is Twumwaa but
the name on the Document is Twomwaa.
Just a mistake of one letter in my name.
I complained about it, he said it doesn't mattter ,that there is nothing they can do about it because they can't prepare the Documents afresh again.
Well i was just looking at him because i had the mind already that i will seek clarity on that so I didn’t argue with him at all.

Sir please , I want some clarification on this issue.

Good evening Sir,
Someone gave me 5,000 cedis to keep for him since November last year,
Sir, Yesterday i received a message from him on WhatsApp that i should pls send 2,000 cedis to a particular momo number he provided and i did just as he instructed and shared with him the screenshot of the transaction.

I met him today on my way going out.
He told me his phone was stolen two days ago and he is on his way to MTN office to replace the sim, then i told him about the money he told me to send to a particular momo number.

Sir, he said he never sent me any message on WhatsApp and was telling me that nothing concerns him.

He insist that his money with me is still 5,000 cedis and threatened to get me arrested when he needs the money if I don't send it to him completely

Sir , i don't know what to do now because i don't even know who is at fault on this matter
