🚨 Did you talk to Nico about coming to Barcelona?
Lamine: “Yes, I spoke with him, but in the end I told him it’s his career. I’m too young to tell someone what they should do. The important thing is that he enjoys himself and is happy wherever he is.”
🎙️Lamine on taking up set piece duties at Barça.
🗣️: “In football, experience gives you responsibilities. Over time I’ll take on more, like free kicks or penalties.
Everything comes at the right time. I’m not in a hurry, but I’m confident I can do it. Whenever the team gives me the green light, I’ll be ready to take them.”
🎙️Lamine on what he thinks he needs to improve about his game.
🗣️: “Assists come naturally to me; it’s not something I force, it’s just my style of play. But with goals, in recent years I’ve let it slide a bit. Now I’m focusing more on that because goals are more important.
It’s something I need to demand of myself. When I reach a level, I try to move to the next one, and right now that’s scoring as many goals as possible, always while helping the team.”
