Must funds be disbursed before colleges submit student details? Given the SLTF's prior experience with trainee payments, couldn't they retain the details? The recurring technical issues and late submissions are unsustainable. If this pattern continues, how can the Finance Minister's promise of timely allowances be fulfilled? TTAG and SLTF must intensify efforts, especially since this batch payment system is unprecedented. With Ghanaians closely monitoring developments, SLTF officials should press colleges for timely submissions to prevent future occurrences. Trainees are already struggling with the one hot meal issue; constant appeals for patience will only exacerbate their frustration. As the saying goes, 'a hungry man is an angry man.'
