King Promise makes history with his debut album "As Promised"

Highlife and afro-pop musician King Promise’s maiden project “As Promised” just made history for surpassing 24 million streams on popular music streaming platform, Spotify.
He is currently the only Ghanaian with the highest number of streams on Spotify beating the likes of big shots like Shatta Wale, Sarkodie, Stonebwoy etc.
As expected, the title caused a debate online as music fans and entertainment pundits argued over the publication's during the released of the Album “As Promised .”
King promise -Nii Bortey Newman Gregory known in showbiz cycle as king promise who is an Accra based artist has had the opportunity to work with a couple of great musicians around the globe .
He has been featured on records worldwide. In 2016 he released his much anticipated single ‘Thank God’ which featured Fuse ODG and produced by Killbeatz .
The budding /versatile talent, who falls in the Afrobeats, HighLife, R&B and Hip-Hop genres is the only uprising Ghanaian superstar who has been featured with most great musicians Like Wizkid ,Scientific,J-town ,Fuse ODG,and MR.eazi
On 5th July 2019 ,he released his debut album which got most music lovers and entertainment people taking about .
The album which few Ghanaian and Nigerian musicians like Wizkid ,Kojo and MR.Eazi got featured on did extremely well in most digital platforms .
