OUR WORKING STYLE
• Responsiveness: We always reply within 24 hours. You will be warned about any delays, vacations and emergency situations beforehand. If you need something URGENT, please send us an email with URGENT in subject and we will try to get back to you as soon as possible.
• Project updates: that usually depends on the project, but we can update on the process every day if necessary.
• Clear communication: we always try to explain things and provide necessary clarifications with visuals, using PDF files and any messaging app in our workflow. We don’t use video channels unless it's a need.
• File support: all our clients get 6 months (since file submission) warranty on the provided files. It means that, you can request file conversions, size changes and print production adjustments free of charge during the warranty period.
• Confidentiality: confidential projects and NDAs are welcome. With us your files are safe.
