Most people like the idea of working in digital.
Few people enjoy the reality of it.

- A client needs a Google Business Profile updated.
- A review needs a response.
- A content calendar needs attention.
- An Airtable board needs updating.
- A deadline is approaching.
And somehow, everyone is waiting for someone else to do it.
We're looking for the person who doesn't wait.
At Man & Robot Digital, we're hiring a Digital Operations & Community Management Associate to support client projects across social media, online reputation management, Google Business Profile optimisation, reporting, and project coordination.
You don't need to know Airtable yet; we'll train you.
But you do need to be organised, proactive, digitally savvy, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.
If you're the kind of person who sees a problem and thinks "I'll sort it out" rather than "Someone should do something", we'd like to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
✔ Social media management and community engagement
✔ Google Business Profile management and optimisation
✔ Airtable project tracking and task coordination
✔ Weekly reporting and performance updates
✔ Supporting client delivery across multiple projects
What we're looking for:
✔ Strong written communication skills
✔ Attention to detail
✔ Ability to work independently
✔ Familiarity with social media platforms
✔ Basic knowledge of Google Business Profile
✔ A bias for action
