She walked into the eatery, holding her son’s hand tightly. He was beaming with excitement, eagerly looking at the food options displayed behind the counter. It was clear this wasn’t their first time here—it seemed like a routine, a mother-and-son bonding moment. The woman ordered a plate full of food for her son, a bottle of juice, and a side of fries. She made sure he had everything he needed, even adjusting his napkin as he settled in to eat.

But then, something unsettling happened.

Sitting a few steps away was a young girl, possibly in her early teens. She was dressed in an old, worn-out dress and cheap plastic slippers. She wasn’t part of the meal. Instead, she sat there quietly, looking down, fidgeting with her fingers, avoiding eye contact with the delicious plates being served around her. Her frail frame and hunched posture spoke volumes—this wasn’t just a one-time occurrence.

She was the maid.

The woman didn’t offer her a drink, not even a plate of food. She was expected to sit and wait while the young boy feasted. The contrast was heartbreaking—one child was being treated with love and care, while the other was being neglected right in front of everyone.

Someone in the eatery noticed. They pulled out their phone and hit record. Within hours, the video was everywhere. The internet was furious. People called out the injustice, the inhumanity of it all. How could a woman, a supposed mother, treat another child this way? How could she sit comfortably, knowing that the girl who likely cleaned her house, cooked her meals, and cared for her child, was going hungry while they dined?

And then came the deeper question—how many women like her exist? How many people mistreat their domestic staff, forgetting that these individuals are human too?

Motherhood isn’t just about birthing children. It’s about nurturing, about kindness, about treating those around you with dignity. A woman who can not show basic compassion to someone in her care can not be called a good mother, a good wife, or even a good human being.

This story isn’t just about one woman in an eatery. It’s about a culture that allows such behaviour to go unchecked. It’s a reminder that kindness costs nothing and that no one deserves to be treated as invisible.

Would you sit and eat while a child in your care goes hungry?

Think about it.

This woman has been dragged on media she went to an eatery and served her kids and asked the maid to sit aside . Someone made a video, and it went viral . These are the kind of women men marry and crown wife materials , one thing I know is , if u cannot treat your domestic staffs as a mother then you can’t be a good wife , mother hood extends to all every one around you . This is so mean !
