It’s been a while since I made a post here.

I didn’t leave you guys.
I didn’t disappear.

I was just busy building.

Building curriculums.
Building structure for my students.
Thinking through lessons properly.

Because I take that part seriously.

When my students pay,
I believe they deserve excellence.

Not rushed teaching.
Not guesswork.
Not “let’s manage it.”

I build workbooks.
I create examples that actually make sense.
Sometimes quizzes.
Sometimes assignments.

All with one goal—
to help them understand, not just listen.

That kind of work takes time.
Quiet time.
Offline time.

So that’s why I’ve been a bit silent here.

But the love is still there.
The work is still going.
And I still care deeply about this community.

I appreciate you all.
Always.

Always make sure you’re building something.

You honestly don’t know which one will open the door for you.

Let me explain.

A random client I worked with around August last year—
nothing dramatic,
just honest work,
showing up and delivering—

Is the same person who helped me with a recommendation for a role just three weeks ago.

I didn’t see that coming.

At the time, it felt like just another project.
Another task.
Another deadline.

But that’s how it usually works.

Opportunities don’t always announce themselves.
They hide inside small projects.
Quiet efforts.
Things you almost didn’t do.

That’s why your projects matter.

They speak for you when you’re not in the room.
They explain your thinking.
They show your consistency.
They prove you can finish.

Not your promises.
Not your plans.
Not your “I’m learning.”

Your work.

So build.
Build small things.
Build imperfect things.
Build even when nobody is watching.

Even when they’re slow.
Even when they’re boring.
Even when they don’t look impressive yet.

Because one day,
one of them will speak for you
at the exact moment you need it most.

I used AI to design this app interface.
Not for fun.

For a real project im working on.

And it reminded me of something important.

If you do UI/UX,
you now have two clear options.

One:
Get very, very good.

Deep psychology.
User behavior.
Design systems.
Research.
Strategy.

Not just colors and layouts.

Or two:
Add an extra skill.

Development.
No-code.
Automation.
AI workflows.

Something that makes you more than “just the designer.”

Because the tech world is shifting.
Quietly, but fast.

Tools are getting smarter.
Basic design is getting cheaper.
Speed is becoming normal.

What won’t be cheap is thinking.
What won’t be replaced is judgment.
What will always be paid for is people who can connect design to outcomes.

This is not fear.
It’s reality.

Adaptation has always been the price of staying relevant.

The question is not whether things will change.
They already have.

The question is whether you will move with them

Whaaaaat!?

Whaaaaat!?

I’ve spent most of the day today answering questions upon questions from my students and mentees
Tech Mentorship is not a joke

Don’t just look for connections, make sure you’re bringing something to the table

“It’s not about what you know.
It’s about who you know.”

That sounds nice.
And yes, connections matter.

But let me be honest.

In tech, asking which one is more important is the wrong question.

What you know and who you know are not enemies.
They work together.

It’s like asking:
Do you need the brain or the heart to live?

The brain without the heart is useless.
The heart without the brain won’t last.

You need both.

Skills open the door.
Connections keep the door open.

If you know people but have no skill,
you’ll be introduced… and forgotten.

If you have skill but know nobody,
you’ll struggle longer than necessary.

Most people fail because they choose one
and ignore the other.

They network without value.
Or they learn quietly and hide.

Tech doesn’t reward extremes.
It rewards balance.

Learn the skill.
Build real things.
Then put yourself in rooms.
Communities.
Conversations.

That’s how opportunities multiply.

So no—
it’s not “who you know” versus “what you know.”

It’s both, working together.

And if you’re learning tech and wondering how to build the skill and the confidence to show it—

You already know where to find me.

Boss Adnan Saanionce said something that stuck with me.

It is better to be a small business in a large market
than to be a large business in a small market.

At first, it sounded like business talk.

But the more I thought about it,
the more it made sense.

If you’re in tech—
web development,
software,
digital skills—

Even if you’re not the best yet,
the market is big.

Jobs.
Gigs.
Freelance work.
Contracts.

The probability of finding something is high.

Not guaranteed.
But possible.

Compare that to being very good
in a space with little demand.

You may be skilled,
but the opportunities are limited.

That’s why I keep saying this:

Learn a skill that lives in a big market.

A skill that people are already paying for.
A skill that travels.
A skill that doesn’t depend on one location.

Tech is not magic.
But it is leverage.

And once you understand that,
your decisions change.

You stop chasing noise.
You start building value.

Learn a skill.
Build with it.
Put it in front of people.

And if you’re wondering where to start,
you already know where to find me.

Last week, I had trainings.

Back-to-back.
Classes on classes.
Talking. Explaining. Repeating.

I shouted a lot last week.

Yesterday, the sore throat came.
Properly.

But yesterday was still a class tester day.
And I still taught.
With the sore throat.

Not because it was easy.
Not because my body felt ready.

This week?
I’m still going again.

This is not me trying to form strength.

This is just what commitment looks like.

People see the classes.
They see the results.
They clap.

They don’t see the tired voice.
They don’t see the sore throat.
They don’t see the days you still show up anyway.

That’s how work you truly care about feels.

You don’t always feel like it.
You’re not always comfortable.

But you show up.
Because it matters.

For the love of the job.
