🗞Eighteen Senegalese fans who were involved in crowd violence during the AFCON final between Morocco and Senegal have been sentenced to prison terms and fines by the High Court of Rabat in Morocco.

• 9 were sentenced to one year in prison and fined $500 each
• 6 were sentenced to six months in prison and fined $200 each
• 3 were sentenced to three months in prison and fined $120 each

🚨 BREAKING NEWS: A newborn baby girl has been rescued after being abandoned in a bush near a private school at Bronyibima Estate, near Elmina in the KEEA Municipality.

The infant was discovered on Tuesday afternoon by a local rabbit farmer, wrapped in cloth inside a polythene bag. She is now in stable condition at Bronyibima Hospital.
Authorities from Social Welfare have taken custody of the baby, and a full investigation into the incident is currently underway.
