30 Years of Tested Party Leadership and Electoral Success

John Boadu is not only experienced; he is battle-tested in every level of party organization and management. From Polling Station Chairman to Constituency Secretary, Regional Research Officer, National Youth Treasurer, National Youth Organizer, Deputy Communications Director, National Organizer, and ultimately General Secretary, his 30 years of continuous service within the NPP remains unmatched.

While others rose through limited leadership roles, John Boadu grew through the ranks, understanding the party from the grassroots to the national level. Under his leadership, the NPP achieved 169 parliamentary seats in 2016 and maintained government in 2020 with a historic 6.7 million presidential votes.

If the NDC proudly presented Asiedu Nketia as their National Chairman based on his experience, then the NPP already has a superior and more complete party manager in John Boadu. In fact, if John Boadu were in the NDC today, his unmatched track record and depth of experience would make him an unopposed National Chairman.

The truth remains that among all the aspirants for the NPP National Chairmanship, none possesses the depth of party management experience, grassroots understanding, electoral record, and tested leadership that John Boadu brings to the table.
