End of term exams wrapped up last Friday, and while many schools brace for a quiet, low attendance week after, Martey Tsuru Presby JHS is doing things differently.

Instead of letting the post exam lull set in, our teachers are turning this week into a celebration of hands on learning through co curricular activities designed to keep students engaged, curious, and excited to be in school.

Today, Science teacher Mr. Dennis Korey led learners through an exciting robotics session, giving students the chance to build, tinker, and problem solve in ways a regular classroom lesson doesn't always allow.

None of this would be possible without the BSTEM Project, whose generous donation of resources and materials is helping bring STEM to life for our learners right here at Martey Tsuru Presby JHS.

This is what real learning looks like: curiosity driven, practical, and fun. Proud of our teachers for thinking outside the box and keeping our students engaged even after exams.

Today, Martey Tsuru Presbyterian JHS proudly participated in Day One of Ghana's National General Cleaning Exercise, an initiative introduced in response to the recent floods to promote environmental sanitation, clear drains, and help prevent future flooding.

Our dedicated staff and students joined hands to clean the school environment, demonstrating that protecting our surroundings begins with each of us. Clean communities create healthier schools, safer neighbourhoods, and a better future for all.

This exercise reminds us that environmental responsibility is not a one day event but a continuous commitment.
