Yesterday, the Volta Reional Minister James Gunu as part of Day 2 of his tour with selected key government project sites across our beautiful region, He visited the Keta Port to inspect the progress of work on the ongoing construction of the Port’s Administration Block.
He was there together with the Minister for Works, Housing and Water Resources, Hon. Keneth Gilbert Adjei; the Member of the Council of State representing the Volta Region, H.E. Gabriel Tanko Kwamigah-Atokple; representatives from the Volta Regional House of Chiefs; the MCE for Ketu South, Hon. Nicholas Worclachie; the DCE for Anloga, Hon. Sandra Seyram Kpedor; the DCE for Keta, Hon. Wisdom Bondieu Seade; as well as political, religious and other key stakeholders.
they engaged with the workers on site, and the contractor briefed us extensively on the progress made so far and the next steps.
The level of work done is encouraging, and I remain confident that, step by step, the full project will be successfully delivered for the benefit of Keta, the Volta Region, and the entire nation.
