It's about knowing what you're going to need before you desperately need it.

When something is part of your everyday routine, waiting until the very last moment can turn a simple purchase into an unnecessary rush.

Do you normally restock before something finishes, or only when it's completely gone? 😂

Making sales feels good. But sales alone don't tell the whole story.

One of the lessons I'm learning as I build my business is that revenue and profit are not the same thing.

You can sell GH₵1,000 worth of products and still have much less left after product costs, delivery, marketing and other business expenses.

That's why learning your numbers matters.

Don't just ask, “How much did I sell?”

Also ask:

👉🏽 How much did it cost me?
👉🏽 What expenses did I have?
👉🏽 How much did I actually keep?

Because being busy selling and being profitable are two different things.
