Cocoa processing factory to be established in WN/Region - Sampson Ahi pledges!!
Sampson Ahi, Deputy Minister-designate for Trade, Agribusiness, and Industry, has made a commitment to establish a cocoa processing factory in the Western North Region. This initiative aims to add value to the vast amounts of cocoa beans produced in the region, ultimately benefiting local farmers and contributing to Ghana's economic growth. By processing cocoa beans locally, Ghana can increase its revenue from cocoa exports and create more job opportunities for its citizens.

CETAG Local Chairman Wins Court Case

Daniel Kwame Emilio, Local Chairman of CETAG at Bia Lamplighter College of Education, Debiso, has won a court case against the college and its Principal, Dr. Samuel Agyemang.

The court ruled in his favor, granting him his rightful promotion to Senior Tutor and ordering the payment of his arrears from August 2020.

This victory sets a precedent for CETAG members and sends a strong message to principals and heads of public institutions to act in accordance with established procedures and regulations.
