IS IT ISLAMIC TO SWEAR BY THE QURAN. HELP A SISTER IN NEED AT THE COMMENTS SECTION.

Assalamu aliakum Ummah TV. Am married woman married to my husband for 4yrs now. We got married after I completed my National Service.
Am in Ghana while he is in Italy. He married without coming home and for 4yrs am still waiting for him to come.
Alhamdulilah my husband arrived last month April and went to meet him at the airport.
When we got home he tried romance on me and I felt for it and needed him badly. After few minutes of romance when we were about to have Sunnah and left and brought Quran and ask me to take the Quran and swear if I have not had s*x with any man after he married me. I told him and can't swear by Quran since is Haraam to do that. He insists until I do that he is not going to have anything to do with me again.
Now he is threatening me to pack my things and leave his house that he will divorce me.
Now my question is, is it Islamic to swear by the Quran? I want your followers to advise since am loosing my marriage. Is been 2 weeks now he has not spoken to me nor eat my food.
