The 3rd Edition of YEC EXCELLENCE AWARDS was held on Saturday, 1st November 2025 to bring the entire YEC national congress to a close.
YEC EXCELLENCE AWARDS is a special project of the Youth Model Parliament of YEC.
The Awards is organised to Honour outstanding Youth Leaders who through their trade or profession have and are delivering impact in their communities and nation at large.
This is organised by the Youth Model Parliament-MP Secretariat to honour, celebrate and project individual, organisation and group efforts and achievements which are directed towards community and national Development.
The second edition saw over 35 youth leaders who represent over 20 categories honored for their work. They received recognition for their impactful activities which is driving positive change in their communities, Ghana and the Globe.
Individuals were awarded and recognized with beautiful citations and customized awards plaques.
The overall winner, Mr Bismark Asanfre received an accompanied cash prize of some GHS1000. This is an investment in his craft and community development Activities. He was also the winner of the Youth CEO of the year category.
Speaking at the event, Mr Edward Marfo, the Founder and CEO of YEC praised participants and winners for their display of effort and decorum during the nominations, shortlisting, voting and the awards events. He further encouraged the youth present to keep up with their impactful projects as they endeavor to creat positive change in Ghana and the world at large.
We had Dr. Nana Appiagyei Dankawoso (l), the Traditional Chief (Omanhene Kyeame ) of Asante Juaben traditional Area as our Honoree and Special Guest of Honor. We also had the Team from the Amen Scientific Herbal Hospital who represented Dr.Amin Bonsu.
Congratulations to all winners and participants. We look forward to an amazing 4th edition in 2026.
