Over 100 year old tree in the St. Joseph's Hospital, Jirapa, causes devation to shop, blacks main road in front of Credit Union office after a stormy downpour.

There were no casualties recorded.

The MCE for Jirapa Hon. Peter To-ang lead a team of local volunteers to clear the road in front of the Credit Union office which was blocked affording commuters to have free passage.

He says the assembly is footing the bill and helping the shop owners to reconstruct their shops.

He's also stated that there's a reported broken dam and damaged power lines he and his team are assessing.

Pope Leo XIV, formerly Cardinal Robert Prevost, was born in Chicago, Illinois and most recently served as prefect of the Dicastery for Bishops. Prior to this, he was the Bishop of Chiclayo in Peru, where he lived for more than 20 years.

The youth of Kyobar in the Nayiri electoral area in Jirapa have taken it upon themselves to construct speed ramps on the road leading to Duori in a bid to curb what they say are rampant accidents leading to several accidents resulting in a serious injuries and deaths. According to the youth, several appeals to the assembly hasn't yielded to a solution to the problem so their actions, which they claim is backed by the assembly member of the area. So they are saying ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Your take?
