🇬🇭 Ghana Beyond the Political Divide

In moments like this, when our nation mourns the loss of brave men who served with honor, we are reminded that Ghana is greater than any political colour or partisan difference.

Our fallen heroes stood for service, duty, and sacrifice — values that know no party lines. Today, we unite not as supporters of one side or the other, but as Ghanaians, bound by a shared grief and a common destiny.

May their courage inspire us to rise above division, to build bridges where walls stand, and to keep the Ghanaian spirit alive — together, as one people.

🕊 Rest in perfect peace, our heroes. Your service will never be forgotten.

The past few days have been deeply sorrowful for many of us, as we struggle to come to terms with the tragic loss of eight compatriots in last Wednesday’s fatal military helicopter crash.

Among them were five devoted government and NDC party functionaries, alongside three gallant servicemen—each in service to our beloved nation at the time of the tragedy.

As we mark the three days of national mourning, I extend my heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families, the President of the Republic, and all who have been affected by this profound loss. May we find comfort and strength in their selfless service and sacrifice to mother Ghana.

May their souls rest in peace.
