Be Born again
Are you born Again? People are going to church and following God whilst they are not children of God. Jesus took an opportunity to teach us the concept and the process by which someone can become a child of God or be born of God or be born again when Nicodemus paid Him a courtesy visit by night due to the fear of the Pharisees, because He himself was a Pharisees. This is recorded in John's Gospel 3:1-31. This is the beginning of everything if you want to be a child of God and enter into the Kingdom of God or see the Kingdom of God one day. And I pray that the Holy Spirit will grant us the knowledge of becoming God's children.
For someone to be born again, then there is already an existing birth we have all received. And this happened when we were born first by our earthly parents. So naturally, everyone has a naturally birth and naturally parents. There is also another birth by the Spirit, which Jesus Christ our Lord discussed with Nicodemus. We are first born naturally to dwell on this earth. Because, on this earth, flesh and blood inherit it. That is why if a Spirit or a demon wantt to operates on this earth, it needs a body to dwell in before it can operate. So the rule on this earth existence is flesh and blood. However, the rule of God's kingdom is that flesh and blood cannot inherit it, only Spirits/spiritual bodies can inherit the kingdom of God.
Let us dealt in the phrase "Be born again" proper. The phrase "be born again" means be born from above. The above means, be born from heaven, or be born of God, because God is from above or in heaven. John 3:31 NIV
[31] The one who comes from above is above all; the one who is from the earth belongs to the earth, and speaks as one from the earth. The one who comes from heaven is above all.
God is a Spirit, so if we are born again, we are born of God and we become God (ie what God is we become like him). God is a Spirit, so we too become like God (a Spirit).
John 3:6-7 NIV
[6] Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. [7] You should not be surprised at my saying, ‘You must be born again.’
Flesh gives birth to flesh ( this is what we are physical) we are flesh and blood, and spirit gives birth to spirit (God who is a Spirit when he gives birth to us, he gives birth to Spirit). Our Lord Jesus warned Nicodemus not to marveled or be surprised or mocked His saying that he must be born again, else he cannot enter or see the kingdom of God.
John 3:7 NIV
[7] You should not be surprised at my saying, ‘You must be born again.’ (to be continued)
