The Supreme Court never affirmed Teiko Tsuru as the Rightful Ga Mantse . In fact the only reason the supreme court quashed the orders of the high court and court of appeal was because Teiko Tsuru says once the judgement is enforced , his right will be violated since he was never given a hearing at the high court . The Supreme Court says even though it does not endorse what what was done to Nii Adama Latse II , it will also not legitimize the entry of Teiko Tsuru name into the register but then also, they will not repeat the same injustice that was done to Nii Adama Latse II since the matters before them is an application about Teiko Tsuru human rights.By this ruling from the Supreme Court , Nii Adama Latse II is going back to the high court in Kumasi to initiate a fresh suit against both the National house of chiefs and Teiko Tsuru so he can be given a hearing as to why his name should not be removed from the national register of chiefs and replaced with Nii Adama Latse II. The wheels of justice grinds slowly, but grind exceedingly fine. The truth still remains. This is rather the beginning of the end of Teiko Tsuru.
