You are welcome to my Geopolitical and History page. Help myself and my team to show thought-provoking geopolitical content to excite geopolitical enthusiasts as we post stories of power play during World War II, the Cold War and activities in the Indo Pacific region. I will learn and you will also learn about a rare area of geopolitics that shapes the World.
We will also scrutinize the most important bilateral relation that is, the Sino-American bilateral relation. Here, we will try to post content on why it is not in the interest of both Countries to go to war, amidst tensions in the Taiwan strait and the "Zhongsha Islands" with claims from the Philippines, Brunei and co. With, this we will also try to justify the 9- dash line and why it matters to China.
We will also delve in matters of "De-stalinization, Perestroika and Glasnost". It will be interesting to appreciate that, it was the Soviets themselves that triggered their self destruction through this policies that led to a taste of liberalisation. That notwithstanding, we will explore the "Holodomor" which led to millions of lives lost and how Stalin pulled it off.
The Manhattan Project that led to the creation of the Atomic bomb is a great area to look at. We trying to explore how Physicist Robert Oppenheimer, Leo Szilard and Enrico Femi initiated the most secretive project in Los Alamos in New Mexico. We will try to ascertain how Atomic spies such as Klaus Fuchs gave out secrets of this engineering marvel to the Soviets. We will fathom how "Little boy" and "Fat Man" were dropped by lieutenant Paul Tibits using the "Enola Gay" Bomber.The leadership qualities of Brigadier General Leslie Groves and Chief of Engineers Eugene Reybold cannot be overstated.
