*Nana Bempa* is a Ghanaian creative entrepreneur, educator, and youth development advocate, widely recognized for his contribution to event management, media innovation, and pageantry development in Ghana. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nana Bempa Agency, a fast-growing organization established in 2020 with a vision to empower young people, promote talent, and drive community transformation.

Nana Bempa is a degree holder in Teaching and combines academic discipline with creative leadership. Under his direction, *Nana Bempa Agency* has expanded its scope to include event management, charity initiatives, online television and radio broadcasting, and talent management. The agency began with dance teams and ushering services and has since evolved into a reputable brand behind impactful programs such as *Maseda Nie Worship Night* , *Face of SHS* , and various award and youth-focused initiatives.

His excellence in digital media and advocacy has earned him prestigious recognition, including *Best Content Creator of the Year (2022)* and *Youth Activist of the Year* (2025) at the Glams Awards.
A respected pageantry manager and creative director, *Nana Bempa* has successfully managed and mentored numerous beauty queens across different platforms, including Face of Bonofie, Face of SHS, Miss Fookuo, Bono Hemaa, and *Yeli* , the Ghana’s *Most Beautiful Bono Region* Representative for 2025. His work has contributed significantly to grooming confident, purpose-driven queens who serve as cultural and social ambassadors.

*Nana Bempa* is also a Board Member of the *Mekobono Festival* , the largest cultural festival in the Bono area, where he contributes to strategic planning and cultural promotion.
Hailing from Nkoranza in the Bono East Region, *Nana Bempa* is the firstborn of his parents and a symbol of responsibility and leadership. He has worked on numerous high-profile events both within and outside his region, earning admiration for his professionalism, creativity, and commitment to youth empowerment.
