Yesterday, 30th April, the leadership of the Offinsoman Youth Association was honoured to welcome our Patron to our office during his brief visit to the country.

Our discussion revolved around the impactful activities we have undertaken as an association, our vision for the remainder of the year, the path ahead, and the pressing concerns of the Offinsoman community.

He generously shared his knowledge on various topics, empowering us to strive for more as we embraced his expertise.

We also reflected on our challenges, and together we crafted a comprehensive roadmap for our ongoing mission to empower the next generation of leaders and thinkers. It is a call to action that we must champion ourselves.

We wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Kwame Afreh for his unwavering dedication to humanity and the future of our youth.

On Saturday, January 18, 2025, Dr. Fred Kyei Asamoah had the privilege of visiting the esteemed Offinsomanhene, Nana Dwamena Akenten II, during his thank you tour. This special visit served as an opportunity to express heartfelt gratitude for the Offinsomanhene's unwavering support and invaluable guidance throughout his journey.

The Offinsomanhene’s dedication to development, education, and community progress continues to be a profound source of inspiration. During the visit, they reflected on the critical role of traditional leadership in enhancing education and technical skills development for the youth.

Dr. Asamoah is immensely grateful for the Offinsomanhene’s blessings and words of encouragement as he continues his mission to transform TVET and education in Ghana. 🙏

OFFINSOMAN YOUTH ASSOCIATION RECEIVES LAPTOP COMPUTERS FROM ASANTEMAN EUROPE FOR SCHOOLS WITHIN OFFINSO.

Yesterday, I had the profound honour of leading the delegation from the Offinsoman Youth Association to receive an inspiring donation of laptop computers from Asanteman Europe, our sister association committed to empowering educational institutions within the Asanteman community.

This generous gift comes after our dedicated correspondence with their leadership in 2023, where we sought laptops for select schools within the Offinso municipality.

During a heartfelt ceremony held at Atasimanso in Kumasi, the Queen Mother of Asanteman highlighted the crucial role of our united efforts in fostering education, ensuring that the next generation is equipped with the knowledge to excel in today’s world.

She urged the recipients to distribute the laptops thoughtfully and to continue their noble work in uplifting Asanteman.

The event was honoured by the presence of Nanahemaa and Abusuapanin from Asanteman Europe, who travelled from Europe to demonstrate their unwavering commitment to our cause.

The Chairperson of the occasion, Nana Brenya Simpim Akonyahoadea (Bohyen Hemaa), inspired us all to unify in our efforts to build a brighter future for Asanteman, reminding us that even the smallest contributions can create significant change. She believes that this collective spirit will profoundly impact the development of future leaders.

The schools benefiting from this remarkable donation include Asoromaso RC JHS, PKB M/A JHS KOKOBEN, Konogo Odumase SHS, Manso SHS, Adugyama SHS, Konadu Yaidom SHS, Adweratia DA JHS, Adansi Aboaso JHS, ST Joseph JHS, and the Offinsoman Youth Association.

We wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to Asanteman Europe for standing by us and calling for even more collaborative efforts between our two associations.

We also acknowledge Mr. Kwame Afreh for his crucial role in fostering this connection, ensuring our sister association could support us.

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR BROTHER SAMUEL AFFUL. VICE PRESIDENT ELECT. KWAME NKRUMAH UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY.

During last year's generational conference organized by Apostle Raymond Derkey Mensah, I had the opportunity to share my life experiences with young students. That's where I first met Afful Samuel, and I was impressed by his speech. I was so inspired that I praised him on my WhatsApp status for his academic brilliance and values. Friends and family who know him weren't surprised by my admiration, and they even added more accolades.

Fast forward to two weeks ago, my sister sent me an image with a caption announcing that Afful Samuel had been elected as the Vice President of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, one of Ghana's most prestigious universities. I was amazed! This wasn't even his first attempt at campus politics. To God be the glory!

I want to congratulate Samuel Afful on this achievement. His journey is a testament to the capabilities of young people from Offinso to reach great heights despite the odds. His zeal is an inspiration to us all.
