Danger Waiting to Happen? Authorities Urged to Inspect Dilapidated Building Near La Palm Royal Beach
Today, on my way to La Palm Royal Beach for an event, I came across this building, which has stood in this condition for more than 15 to 20 years. Considering the recent incidents of building collapses in Ghana that have claimed innocent lives, I felt compelled to record this video to draw the attention of the authorities and the public.
The structure appears badly deteriorated and poses a potential danger to anyone who may be nearby if an unfortunate incident occurs. No human life is worth less than the cost of repairing or securing this building.
I am calling on the relevant authorities and government agencies to urgently assess the condition of this structure and take the necessary steps to prevent a possible tragedy. Prevention is always better than mourning lives that could have been saved.
