Ephesians1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:

They are given to believers not based on their merits but out of God's abundant grace and love.
The phrase "in heavenly places in Christ" refers to the spiritual realm or heavenly realities that believers are part of through their union with Christ. This means that these blessings aren't merely future promises; they are currently accessible to believers as they are united with Christ.
