Philanthropist Commissions Water For Guakro Effah Senior High School.
The Chief Executive Officer of Frank Media group Lawyer Frank Asare has denoted a completed water project for students of Guakro Effah Senior high school at Offuman in the Techiman north district.
The rationale behind this project was established that he last visited the school to observe how things were progressing but saw how students were battling with water crisis.
He saw how needful it would be if the project is done and commissioned for the student body to ease their struggle.
Mr. Godwin Effah the project manager for Frank Media explained that though the project is done and commissioned for use but there are some other ongoing projects like Library and ICT centers across the district which would be unveiled when completed.
Speaking to Maakua Badu Kaakyire of Kfm, the head master of the school Lawyer Suleman Berima intimated that since the establishment of the school there has not been any philanthropist donating to the school whether in cash or in kind so this is their first experience and they are pleased with that but as Oliver twist always ask for more they are pleading on other well to do men and women to still come to their aid.
Dignitaries at the occasion were the chief of Offuman Nana Kwaku Gyan Brokro II and his queen mother Nana Akosua Amobia II with some elders of the community who also expressed their appreciation for this kind gesture.
Interacting some students they stated how happier they are for getting them water.
"It has eased our struggle for water which always hinders studies and stay on campus because we used to go out in search of water facing a lot of challenges so we are pleased with it . Were pray that God will continue to bless them so that they will always come to our aid". They stated.
