The Internal Province of Ghana of the Anglican Communion will hold its 2025 House of Bishops and Wives Retreat and Meeting at the Grove Essipong Beach Resort in Sekondi-Takoradi from 26th to 30th August, 2025

It will bring together bishops, their spouses, and guest speakers from Ghana for five days of spiritual renewal and dialogue.

The Anglican Diocese of Koforidua officially opened its Synod on Friday, August 15, with a solemn ceremony graced by Her Ladyship Justice Sophia Adinyira, Chancellor of the Diocese.

The Synod drew a host of dignitaries, including the Lord Bishop of the Diocese, the Bishop of the Methodist Church of Koforidua, diocesan officials, and representatives from the Regional Coordinating Council, the Diocese of Ho, the AME Zion Church, the Bible Society of Ghana, the Peace Council, and the Ghana Education Service.
