I spoke to the students about why having a career matters — not just for money or titles, but for purpose. We talked about choosing something you love, staying curious, and not giving up when things get hard. I saw future teachers, artists, nurses, engineers, and maybe even a president sitting right in front of me.
It wasn’t a big stage. It wasn’t a big audience. But it was a big moment for them, and for me.
As someone studying International Relations, I’ve learned that change doesn’t always start in conference rooms or global meetings. Sometimes, it starts in a small classroom with kids who just need someone to say, “You can.”
I know I’m just starting, too. But this moment reminded me that impact has no size. And if this is the beginning of something greater — I welcome it with a full heart.
To the students I met today
You’re smart. You’re strong. And your dreams are valid. Never forget that. ❤️
