From the prestigious halls of Presec-Legon, UDS, and the University of Ghana, to the executive boardroom as the Founder and President of Northwell Group, Sayibu Vincent is the embodiment of vision, grit, and purpose.

At a remarkably young age, he leads one of Ghana’s fastest-growing conglomerates with four strong subsidiaries; Pinnacle Star Academy, Northwell Construction, Northblocks Concrete, Walsidi Development Consult, over 150 employees across key sectors. His leadership is marked by precision, intelligence, and uncommon foresight, qualities that have earned him national acclaim and international admiration.

Among his many accolades, he was named:

Youngest CEO of the Year at the prestigious forty Under 40 Awards, and

Entrepreneur of the Year at the Ghana Northern Business Awards

But Vincent’s impact goes beyond business. Through the VS Foundation, he is actively supporting individuals and communities, championing education, welfare, and youth development across the Northern Region and beyond.
